These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between 177be (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (the "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, game, betting market, promotional offer, or feature made available through the 177be website located at https://177be.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the 177be registration process, by depositing funds into a 177be account, or by placing any bet or wager through the 177be platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with the 177be Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English and all communications between the Player and 177be will be conducted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and binding version.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate, complete, and current at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 177be account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where 177be identifies that a single player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals in those accounts will be voided.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 177be account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) generated for account access or transactions. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 177be shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your 177be account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 177be support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 177be support will never ask for your password, OTP, or full payment PIN. Any communication claiming to be from 177be and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that the name registered on your 177be account matches the name on the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds. 177be will not process withdrawals to a payment method that does not match the name on the registered account. Any attempt to register under a false name or with fabricated documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

177be accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally supported mobile financial services and digital payment platforms. All financial transactions on the 177be platform are conducted in BDT.

Supported Payment Methods

177be currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without prior notice. Players are advised to check the current list of supported methods on the 177be platform at the time of their transaction.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be applied on a per-account or per-method basis and will be communicated to players via the platform or account settings.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your 177be account immediately or within a short processing window. 177be is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion, or technical issues outside 177be's control. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible following successful completion of identity verification. 177be reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 177be account. 177be will not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

Player Funds

Player deposits held in 177be accounts are maintained separately from 177be's operational funds. All deposited funds belong to the player and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements linked to bonus credits. 177be does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals unless explicitly communicated to the player prior to the transaction.

From time to time, 177be may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your 177be account as bonus funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement applicable to 177be bonuses is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted).
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds that remain unwagered at the time of expiry will be forfeited without notice.

• 177be reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player or account.

Bonus Abuse

177be actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or promotional systems. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be subject to permanent closure.

All betting and gaming activity on the 177be platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. These rules cover sportsbook (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino, slots, Rummy, crash games, and all other games and betting markets available on 177be.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and will be displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a void bet (for example, where a match is abandoned or cancelled), the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 177be's discretion. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• In the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed (for example, a clear pricing error), 177be reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds and return the stakes to the players' accounts.

Casino and Game Rules

• All casino games on 177be use independently audited RNG systems. The outcome of every game round is determined entirely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous outcomes or by the size of bets placed.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game (e.g., a disconnection during a live casino hand), 177be will attempt to resolve the round based on the game provider's standard dispute resolution procedures. Where resolution is not possible, the wager will be returned to the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set on a per-game basis and are displayed within each game interface.

To protect the integrity of the 177be platform and the experience of all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your balance, and, where appropriate, the referral of the matter to relevant authorities.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in card games or matched betting in live casino.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events with advance knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or engaging in any activity that constitutes match fixing or the corruption of sporting events.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that places bets, makes game decisions, or interacts with the 177be platform on a player's behalf without genuine human engagement.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account will be immediately closed.
• Money Laundering: Using the 177be platform to conduct, facilitate, or obscure money laundering or the proceeds of any criminal activity. 177be reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 177be's systems, exploiting software bugs, or using any method to obtain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets beyond normal gameplay.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or eligibility to use the 177be platform.

177be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 177be has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during a verification process.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account is being used for fraudulent purposes or in connection with suspected money laundering or criminal activity.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion request made through the 177be responsible gaming tools.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the safety, security, or integrity of the 177be platform or to other players.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their 177be account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed under responsible gaming self-exclusion procedures are subject to the specific terms of the self-exclusion policy.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 177be reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the rates communicated to the player at the time the account is deemed dormant. Players will be notified in advance before any dormancy fee is applied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 177be excludes all liability for any loss or damage suffered by a player arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 177be platform or any game or service available on it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 177be's reasonable control.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or other financial transactions where such delay is attributable to a third-party payment provider.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or account information arising from unauthorised access to the player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any reliance placed by the player on information, odds, or market data displayed on the 177be platform where such information contains a manifest error.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the player's use of or inability to use the 177be platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude 177be's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 177be's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

177be reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations, changes to the services offered by 177be, improvements to platform security or responsible gaming provisions, or any other reason deemed necessary by 177be.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters a player's rights or obligations — 177be will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform prior to the amendment taking effect. The date on which the revised Terms take effect will be clearly indicated on the Terms & Conditions page.

Your continued use of the 177be platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the 177be platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
